Asia Pacific Artistic Research Network 2021:
Graduate Research Meetup

Friday 26th November 2021
(0400-0800 UTC / 1100-1500 Yogyakarta /
1500-1900 Melbourne)

The Asia Pacific Artistic Research Network aims to connect researchers working in the broad domains of practice research or artistic research to others in the region, providing existing networks opportunities for visibility and regional connection.

For its third meeting, the network is inviting graduate researchers (PhD, Masters, Honours, and independent researchers) who are engaged in research connected to creative practice to join a half-day workshop on Google Meet to share your research with regional peers.

The live presentation format is for a maximum of five minutes / 500 words description of your project (you can also use a single slide). The purpose of the gathering is the collective discovery of the range of interests animating artistic research in the region, and to stimulate new connections and future collaborations and meetings.

To attend, please complete the submission form by 12th November. Applicants selected to present at the live event will be notified by 16th November.

All applicants will be invited to join the APARN Google Group after the event for continuing dialogue. If you can’t attend the live event (or are an established researcher) but still wish to connect afterwards, please join the group.
